If you live in a condominium or gated community that has restrictions on rooftop mounts,this flagpole mount may be acceptable.
The flagpole mount positions the bottom of the MKIII at a six foot level. This height provides easy access to the weather station and is high enough to eliminate access by children. The wind sensor is relocated to the top of the pole. This height eliminates abberations from nearby buildings and trees.
The twenty foot flagpole is made from nesting sections of two inch diameter heavy gauge aluminum tubing. A quality three by five foot nylon flag, complete with flag snaps and halyard is included. Everything necessary to mount the MKIII weather station is provided.
